Problem

‍The client was in the process of transitioning her Pilates studio from a single client private instruction model to a group instruction setting.

  • No photos or copy about the new studio offerings were in place
  • No logo, brand, or design system had been established
  • Lack of scheduling system that differentiates private, semi-private and group lessons
  • Absence of payment platform that allows users to select session type
  • No CMS backend that enables the client to independently update website content such as blog posts, class options, etc.

Solution

An SEO forward responsive website that utilized Google Visibility and Rankings to drive organic traffic to the site. By combining professional photos with curated keyword-rich copy, meta data, and a user friendly structure to exceed the client’s needs.

  • Established a design system of patterns, colors, and reusable elements that are consistent across the site
  • Integrated the Schedulicity Java widget that allows users to book and pay for multiple types of sessions easily
  • CMS based blog and editor functions allowing the client to edit any content on the site from a Chrome browser
  • Created a cookie controlled “First Time Client” promotion
  • QR based UTM campaigns for special monthly promos on a rotating basis with one click Paypal Checkout
  • Google Analytics in place to track data and conversions
